STEP 1: SET INTENTIONS
What is an intention? It’s the energy that puts your goals into action. The first step is identifying those goals and working with our team to propel them into action. They could include anything from team bonding and increasing morale to improving work culture, identifying talent, or relieving stress.
STEP 2: BE CLEAR
Before you begin, be clear about your team’s expectations and limitations. Know your budget range, available dates, and transportation needs. Miraval Austin has a two-night minimum, with most groups staying between two and three nights. You can offer your teams pre- and post-visit options to enjoy the resort independently. Our airport shuttle has daily pick-up times starting in the morning.
STEP 3: CONNECT
Connect with a sales team member to work on availability and rates and curate your program by submitting an RFP here or calling us directly at 512.531.5710. You will get a reply within 24 hours to clarify any questions and confirm your interest.
STEP 4: COMMIT
When you are ready to move forward, you will sign a contract and meet your assigned event planning expert, who will help you select private dinners, meeting locations, activities, and all the details.
STEP 5: COLLABORATE
Your Miraval event planner is your ongoing personal contact from beginning to end. They will curate your retreat and meet you in person when you arrive, shepherding you through each step of the process. It’s a collaborative, personal process that guides you through every detail, including transportation, accommodations, meals, experiences, gift bags, promotional email communication, and preparation.
STEP 6: PREPARE
Once you have co-created your itinerary and events with our planner, it’s time to let your team know about it. Miraval offers several tips for guests before arriving here, including preparing for a digital device-free space. Remember that Miraval is a gratuity-free resort, so guests don’t have to worry about wallets. Attire is resort-casual, meaning the only suit they need to pack is one for bathing.
STEP 7: PERSONALIZE
All itineraries include space for attendees to schedule personal time exploring the many offerings of our resorts. Guests can book spa services or private sessions with our specialists here through our online booking portal and a confirmation code.
