Golden milk is a traditional drink with roots in Ayurveda, a natural system of medicine that originated in India more than 3,000 years ago. In its simplest form, it’s a blend of hot milk and ground turmeric – perfect over ice or as a hot cozy beverage before bed.

Ingredients:
- 8 cups almond milk
- 1 ¾ teaspoon turmeric
- 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne
- 1 ¾ teaspoon ginger
- 1 ¾ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ vanilla bean
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- ½ cup honey
Directions:
- Bring all ingredients to a simmer, then strain.
- Let cool and serve.
