JUSTIN TAYLOR
Chef Justin is proud to work with the culinary team at the Miraval Berkshires, supporting a vision of “conscious nourishment in the pursuit of wellbeing.” Having the privilege of working for Hyatt hotels in the Caribbean, LA, and NYC, he is thrilled to now craft menus that celebrate the cuisine and seasonality of the Berkshires through a wellness lens, ultimately with the hope of inspiring people to cook more and feel good.
ANDREA PANG
Chef Andy has always had a passion for the intersection of cuisine, culture, and wellness. Together with Chefs Eric Trager and Jeremy Smith she applies this to the culinary programming at the Miraval Berkshires by offering a diverse array of experiences to help people hone their technique and expand their knowledge so that food can become a way for people to connect with themselves, each other, and the world around them.
JENAE HALSTED
With a master’s degree in nutrition, Jenae focuses on health and prevention. She has worked with doctors, personal trainers, and chefs to assist with weight goals and disease prevention through individual counseling and teaching. She believes working holistically with body, mind, and emotions produces the most long-term success.
