Miraval Berkshires is best known for its seasonality; four distinct seasons, each with its own great reasons to get outside. If you’re more inclined to inside activities, Miraval Berkshires is best known for breathwork classes and sessions in our custom-built, vibrational sound chamber. You can’t go wrong—indoors or outdoors–at any time of year.

Winter Sports Update
Due to the variable and often unpredictable weather conditions in the Berkshires, all winter sport activities, classes, and private sessions will now be available only by direct request through Program Management.
Activities such as Snowshoe Hikes and Cross-Country Skiing will be added to the schedule only when Program Management determines conditions are safe. These decisions will typically be made the day before or the day of the requested activity. Winter sport activities and private sessions cannot be booked in advance beyond this timeframe. Guests who wish to schedule a private winter sport experience are welcome to submit their request the day before or on the day of their desired session, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Mindful Golf
Tee off on our historic 18-hole golf course that combines spectacular views with challenging golf. Private sessions or exclusive group golf activities are available, each designed to your intention.
