This naturally lit, cozy space features a built-in whiteboard, boardroom table, seating for 12, and direct access to the meeting room foyer and Raindance Pass Courtyard.

This intimate space can be arranged in rounds, conference, or classroom style to accommodate 10-24 people, depending on configuration. Natural lighting contributes to this room’s warm environment.

This medium-sized room features a wall of windows overlooking the Raindance Pass Courtyard, with French doors for easy access to outdoor refreshments, luncheons, or receptions. A variety of configurations can comfortably seat up to 144 people. A drop-down projection screen makes this the perfect space for presentations, conferences, and larger group gatherings. Window shades provide added privacy if desired.

These charming, naturally lit rooms seat up to 52 guests. The Hopi Room features access to the Raindance Pass Courtyard for continental breakfasts, breaks, luncheons, or receptions. Both spaces make great break-out session rooms for larger groups in the Anasazi Room.

At the heart of the resort, our largest meeting room invites your guests with warm fireplaces and refreshing outdoor access to the Hidden Creek Deck. Adjacent to Palm Court Juice Bar and Coyote Moon Lounge, food and beverage options abound. This centrally located and desirable community space seats up to 108 people.

Use our state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen for private events or dinners, featuring our culinary offerings. Comfortably seats up to 30 guests, excluding terrace space seating.

Host your reception or group activity under Arizona’s big skies. Tucked away in a quiet corner, Hidden Creek Deck offers a perfect space for sipping wine or tea among bird calls and the soothing sounds of the elements.

Our main yoga studio is a window to the serenity of the Sonoran Desert. This space hosts private group programs, including yoga, meditation, and other movement-based activities that let your group slow down, unplug, and be present.

Named for the sacred pueblo meeting spaces of old, this panoramic outdoor arena hosts spiritual ceremonies and offers a spot for reflection and contemplation.
