Chef Matthew elevates Miraval Arizona’s culinary offerings while honoring its conscious cooking and mindful eating philosophy. He explored complex flavors, ingredients, and spices at Grand Hyatt Shanghai and Hyatt Regency Indonesia and led his Park Hyatt Washington D.C. team to achieve critical acclaim at Blue Duck Tavern, where he created farm-fresh menus.
ZACH ANDERSON
Chef Zach’s memories of watching and helping his grandmother prepare Christmas dinner inspired his culinary journey. He worked for a James Beard award-winning restaurant before opening his own venue. He went on to work for a group of 16 restaurants, rising from sous chef to chef de cuisine to executive chef.
